Bariatrics Vitamins

I take 2 generic (Centrum Silver) daily. It has no iron.
You had surgery less than three months ago. If you were taking no vitamins, your labs could still come back perfect. If you continue taking Flintstone's long term, you are gambling with your health.

What I take is what my doctors office recommends. Are you saying that you know better than my surgeon? I was told to take the chewable & not the gummy. They are a center of bariatric excellence, in fact, the other bariatric center in my town also recommends 2 flintstones daily. I would prefer organic vitamins but can't find any that are chewable so I take the flintstones per Drs orders.
