I think I am going to go for the aqua class, so I'll let you know how it goes.

Yes, I love the cinnamon raisin thins and to me totally close enough to a bagel and cream cheese that I don't even think about grabbing a bagel when they are brought into the office.

Good morning. Even though it is almost noon. I had a good weekend went sailing with my husband and it was a great day. I have a very hard time getting out of bed lately. I think because my mother having cancer makes me want to not come out of my cave.

I made myself get up and get moving.

Brunch I will call it since I got up so late. I did get up and take my vitamins and went back to bed at 6. I am going to say I will have an egg white omelet and ham

Early dinner:Steak salad with poppyseed dressing

S:Cheese sticks maybe a yogurt.

Vitamins are in and water is going down

Have a good day.

Sorry about your Mom 3B and how stressful that must be!  I get the "dont want to get out of bed thing, that's me too when I am sad/upset. Good for you though for making yourself get up and facing the day. You dinner sounds yummy, I love steak and I love the poppyseed dressing!

Thank you. It is very stressful. My mom will be okay. She only has two more chemo treatments one is tomorrow then the last one is in two weeks.

As for the poppyseed dressing Panera has it and it only 20 calories a serving. It is really good to.

Good Morning Everyone!

I've been crazy busy with work, and haven't been able to post, but have been following the post none the less.  I woke this morning at the high end of my weight range (inexplicably, and I'm thinking its water weight) but still, it was a sharp reminder that I need to make time for accountability no matter how busy my days get!  And this post is that for me :)

Bakery items are tough...I have serious sugar sensitivity post op (thank god) but sometimes I want a cupcake so bad I would claw someones head off to get it, lol.  Luckily, I've always been super picky about frosting (I dont' like buttercream, I'm more a cream cheese frosting lover) and very few bakeries around my house make it, it's all the super sugary type, so outside of making a batch for myself (which I"m way to lazy to do), I am able to steer clear of cupcakes when the urge does strike :)

Time since surgery:I just realized, 17 months today

B - 2 string cheeses

S - Sommersaults

L - Kale salad with grilled chicken

D - going out with my aunt, but we always go to the same place, so prob. ahi tuna with avocado

W/V - On track

E - None planned, but I'm contemplating a nice long walk tonight when I get home from dinner to get my steps back up

Have a great week everyone!

Hi Kristen and all,

Anny, sorry to hear about Mr. Ikea, but when things are rocky this soon, it's probably time to keep looking for that prince :)  You deserve the BEST guy, and I have no doubt you will find him!

I have been totally absent from the post, likely because I was in Nice, France all last week drinking massive amounts of wine and eating decadent french food.  How are those baguette toting *****es so gorgeous and skinny???  Although I ate completely off plan, thanks to my tool I couldn't eat the quantity I would have at one time, and I also joined a gym and went twice, and got 20,000 steps all of the other days.  So I came home up 1.8 lbs but I am back down as of today (it helps that I did two gym classes both days on the weekend).  I am still at 158 which is a little too close to my upper limit of 160, but headed in the right direction.

This is my MOVE week - I close on a condo in a few hours, and I move Friday.  So grateful that it's 97 degrees here.  Maybe I will lose weight just from SWEATING and hauling boxes lol.

B: Egg salad made with two hard boiled eggs, light mayo, a squirt of mustard

S: Light and fit greek yogurt

L: Two Trader Joe's jalapeno chicken sausage, 1 oz fontina cheese

S: tortilla chips (must not let these in the house)

D: Eating out to celebrate condo closing, will have shrimp and cauliflower dish, plus spicy cashews

E: Did an hour on the elliptical and will get another few miles of walking in

Totals are 1,600 calories, 101 protein, 70 carbs

My kryptonite...well it's not from a bakery, it's PASTA.  Man I used to be able to just boil up pasta and eat it with just butter and parmesan cheese.  Well all carbs are sorta my faves.  But mostly pasta and good bread!  Thank god it does NOT sit well with me so the few times I have tried it, I have regretted it.  So thankful for that.  Now I just wish I were a dumper lol.

Have a great day, all!

Happy Condo Ownership Day!  Good luck with the move!  That will for sure be a workout in itself!  I eat egg salad for breakfast a lot too, just love it.  I hear you on the torilla chips, they can't be in my house either, especially any flavour of Dorito!!

I Love pasta too, it just makes me salivate thinking of a huge plate of my Mom's home-made spaghetti sauce and pasta!  I used to eat two huge plates of spaghetti with garlic toast and not blink an eye.  That was a huge problem for me pre surgery so now I stay far away, for sure a trigger food for me!  Don't even get me started on bread... mmmmmm warm buttered bread!!  LOL LOL
