Question about how to track a restaurant item (cal, carbs, etc)?

Just an FYI - some fast food places such as MD, Wendy's and BK (I believe BK) they offer an al a cart, meaning meat only so you don't pay the price of an actual sandwhich.  At Wendy's I tell them the grilled chicken for a chicken salad and I only pay $2.50 for it, that's much better than the price of the actual sandwhich!  However, if you ask for the sandwhich but no bread then you pay the regular price.  We learned this from a friend who had kids that were allergic to everything but could eat the chicken from most places. LOL

I had the naked tenders and ate one of them and was fine thankfully. It was pretty moist. I had a side of sauce and used very very sparingly as in my niece asked me why I bothered to order it since I used so little of it. It was one of the garlic sauces. My second time eating out, 2 for 2 so far :)

After awhile you will realize this going out to eat sucks :-) glad you found something
