Thank you for the bday wishes, it was a great bday! And I promise to come here more often and post, I am just busy, but will make the effort for all you ladies! You inspire me, your dedication and drive is amazing, keep up the great work!!
Good morning!!!
WOW This picture is so big. Sorry! But it is a picture! Thanks NYMom for the great directions! It really worked.
My daughter's birthday is today so we are going for crabs at this wonderful crab place with picnic tables and the best crabs in the area. We went a few months ago and for the first time I was totally comfortable navigating my way around the cram packed tables. Tomorrow my second golf lesson and hoping that I improved. Then Sunday is father's day and we all get together for a big grill fest.
Good momma for going even though you loathe with the fire of a thousand suns (I will be using that one in the future).
Time since surgery: 8 mos
B: 8 shrimp
L: Not sure - having a spa day with my birthday girl so something nearby
D: crabs (can't wait)
S: Light & Fit yogurt
V/W: started
E: Don't know if I will be able to work it in, but if I do treadmill 1/2 hour and elliptical 1/2 hour
Have a great weekend!

Good morning, almost afternoon everybody. I'm jumping in late and basically with no plan whatsoever. I had a sad call from my last night that my grandmother (93 years old) has taken a turn for the worse and her hospice nurse thinks things are coming to an end. What mixed feelings a time like this brings - she has lived a happy and full life and is suffering now, but on the other hand it breaks my heart to think of losing her of her not being at my wedding or seeing me as a mother...
Anyway, I've been at work for a half day and in a few minutes my sister will pick me up and we're going to go visit her. I'm grateful that we're close by and able to go.
But on a happier note, I do have a Friday Photo to share with you. Lately mine have all been fitness related and this week is the same. Here I am in my "prize" outfit from successfully completing my 14 Day Gym Streak! PS. I absolutely can't wait until my hair grows out some more and I can put it in a ponytail, it gets INSANE at the gym now.
Time since surgery: 15 months
B: coffee with cream and a breakfast sandwich
S: PowerCrunch bar
L: Balanced Break in the car
.....who knows what the afternoon will hold, but I have plenty of good choice items in my bag like protein bars and nuts and Babybels....

Aw, I'm so sorry your grandma's not doing well. It's so hard to lose a loved one, but it's great that you and your sister are able to see her.
OTOH, your gym outfit is pretty damn great!

My thoughts are with you and your family Anny, I send my love and prayers to your Gran. Do the best you can with eating, I think keeping hydrated is very important right now (as there will be tears) and you need your liquids.
I am absolutely in LOVE with your outfit. That is exactly what I would buy myself, and I LOVE purple anything! You look so strong, and I personally think the flush of your cheeks post workout is gorgeous, my face does that too (weird I know but you look so happy)! Keep up the awesome workout streak! You are doing wonderful.
Will be thinking of you this weekend, sending a virtual HUG
