Thank you so much and thank you for sharing me info about the article. I am going to start panicking when I hit stalls and just keep pushing knowing that I will get through them. And I def am going to start being more active. I have to be. My Fitbit will be my best friend. Thank You Again!

One thing I do is I make a list of my NSVs to keep reminding me that I am losing weight. Such as fitting into smaller clothes. Or sitting in a booth and not worrying if a chair will break.

When I feel discouraged I make a list of good things like the NSVs.

That is a good ideal. I am going to get me a journal and start doing that

You're doing great! Keep on going and the weight will continue to come off. When I was approaching 6 months out, I was almost 100 lbs down and I REALLY wanted to hit -100 at 6 months. I had a work trip for a week to China and I was convinced I would hit the mark in China. I came back weighing exactly the same as when I left, so I know your frustration. :)

Also, please know that starvation mode as popularly known is a myth. Your body does not enter starvation mode until all of the body fat reserves have been exhausted. If you have fat on your body, you are not starving it.

Thank you. It's nice to know that I'm not alone. I really really want to be at the 100 lb mark by 6 months. That is my goal! I hope things are going smoothly for you now. Thank you for the advice and telling me about the starvation mode being a myth. I was letting my friend get into my head. Thank you for the kind words!!

Measure yourself. If you are not losing pounds I bet you are losing inches. This isn't another diet, this is your new life. Your body will stop every now and then and you go crazy!! Been there. But you will lose, trust me

I am just coming off what felt like a long stall.  The scale played around with the same few pounds for several weeks.  BUT, in that time I went down two pants sizes.  Now the numbers are going down again.  Hang in there and don't sweat the numbers.  Work the program and your tool and focus on how you feel and the numbers will take care of themselves.

Thank you so much! I really am going to start focusing on inches too. For me my pants sizes aren't going down but hopefully soon! I mean they recently haven't been going down but since my surgery I went from only being able to wear stretchy pants to being able to wear jeans that aren't stretchy
