The first month I was only down 11 pounds and i was a heavyweight over 50 BMI. I went into a stall for 3 1/2 weeks after I lost the 11 pounds the first week. Just keep doing what you are supposed to do and don't panic, it will happen.

Weight loss will always fluctuate week to week. Sometimes you think, "man this isn't even working!" but if you stick with it, next week you may lose 6! Try to focus on measuring, that shows progress much more consistently. And its definitely just as satisfying to see yourself go down a size as it is to go down on the scale. You are doing great! Just keep it up and you'll get where you want to be.
