What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning all! One of the great mysteries of the universe: how come every time I get coffee from DD, it tastes like there's some kind of sweetener in it? It doesn't matter how I order it, it always tastes sweetened. I just wasted $2 on "black" coffee that I'm not going to drink. Boo!
Once again, my menu is crazy. And incomplete. I swear I'm going grocery shopping tonight.

I had the same thing happen to me with starbucks, but they did accidentally add sugar to the coffee. Thankfully I caught it before I drove off.

I don't drink coffee, at all, so I am no help with the Dunkins problems. My husband on the other hand LOVES COFFEE...and especially dunkins coffee!

B: 3/4c skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax vanilla bean torte

L: Homemade salisbury steak (about 2 oz)
S: Dannon L&F greek yogurt
D: 1oz oven roasted chicken breast (deli), 1 oz RF shredded cheese, little bit of romaine, 1 tbsp Light Ranch dressing
Totals: Cals: 582 Protein: 74 Carbs: 27 Fat: 20
I'm off Dunkins for good! LOL I only went there because I have a gift card. I usually go to McD's for my on-the-go coffee. It's the best!
Hmmmm....so I love DD coffee and have to admit to still wistfully dream of DD coffee with cream and sugar - so much more cream and sugar than you would ever put in yourself but you don't feel guilty because they did it. I order ****d) coffee with cream and Splenda on the side - as in cream AND Splenda on the side - but like 1 out of 3 times they put the cream in and the Splenda on the side, ugh. So now I try very carefully to always say "Coffee BLACK with cream and Splenda on the side."
Oh, there's my story of woe.

B: part of a Wawa breakfast sandwich because I left my actual breakfast on the counter, again....(the 240 calories ham, egg white, and whole grain one - I can never eat the whole thing though)
S: coffee with cream, an apple with PB
L: egg salad, string cheese, granola thin
S: PowerCrunch bar, Salted Caramel flavor
D: TJ's chicken sausage and a Chobani tube
S: Sargento Balanced Break and a froyo bar - see how I'm not having popcorn?!

See, I even ordered it black thinking that I would avoid the mystery sweetener and just add my half and half at work. But nooooooo...
Good morning! About 2-3 months after surgery I went thru the DD drive thru for a Sugar-free Vanilla DECAF latte and a wake-up wrap (which I always ate 2-3 bites). Anyway, the ended up giving me a FUll sugar fully cafinated PUMPKIN SPICE latte and a croissant sandwich. UGH... I didn't notice until I was at work so I made my co-worker's day and gave it all to her. The saddest part of the whole ordeal... Pumpkin Spice is my all time favorite :( Why can't they just get it right? LOL
Last night at Costco I saw Nonni's Thin Addictives in Cranberry :)

Tonight I think I am going to try the portabella mushroom "pizza". I have never been one for mushrooms but for some reason I have been curious to try it. For MFP plan I will put 1/2 a flat out in case I can't do the mushroom :)
