I hit my first goal
I am officially 76 lbs down in 4 months and now weight 195. I just cant believe how it feels like I had surgery so long ago but it is only 4 months. I struggle with food options, protein, and water. I just try each day to make better choices. Now I need to exercise. You guys are such great inspiration and it helps keep me on track. (Well sorta) Going back to work really threw a monkey wrench in my schedule and diet but I am finding a groove everyday. Thanks to all of you for support each day. (P.S. not sure why my tracker cant count right)
