How do you know if your weight loss is on track?
Early out I had that same pattern emmerge, 3 weeks with a good loss and then one where I might barely lose a pound. I had my suspicions, so I checked with my doctor and then an app I have, and it turns out it was tied to my menstral cycle.
I'm a year out and the pattern still holds.
HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40

You don't lose the same amount every week, even early out. You can stall for weeks and not lose anything, even though you are doing everything you are supposed to. Keep sticking with your program and it will happen.

I am two months out and I finally asked my doctor the other day at my check up. She said that at two months they expect 20-30% of excess weight lost. Then by 6months post op another 25-30lbs from where I am now- she didn't give me a percent but that's a lot lower than what I have been losing thus far. It helps though to give me a ball park idea of what to expect even though each journey is so different.
