I buy mine because I'm lazy!  They're made by Kitchen Table Bakers, they come in a bunch of flavors, and I order them from netrition.com

You can also buy them at Whole Foods.  They make them in house and are in the deli/fresh food section.

Why not just make your own - they are so easy to make and you will know exactly whats in them - cheese!

I saw them last night by the deli, where they have the Laughing Cow/Babybel cheeses.

Take a baking tray and I put parchment on it.  Put little piles of parm cheese or any other hard cheese like sharp cheddar. Bake in the oven at 300.  Watch them it doesn't take long. When they get a little crispy pull them out and let them cool.   YUM!!

I also put a slice or 2 of sharp cheddar between 2 paper plates and toss in the microwave for 1 min. It gets crispy that way also.

I am even lazier. I use parchment and use the microwave. About a minute and viola!  Parmesan crisps
