1 year anniversary...still 50 lbs to lose and the loss is stalled!
Loved this article.
And I just want to point out, dairy, vegetables and fruits have carbs in them. Some more than others. But my point is, one still gets carbs eating vegetables (not potatoes), fruits and other whole foods. So, considering that there are already carbs in the "good stuff", I dont go out and seek bread/rice/cereal/pasta.

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
Sisterscaleback congratulations on how far you have come so far!
I know in the first year I lost on average 13 pounds a month - and it took me about 10 months to reach my goal weight. My highest weight being 311 and my pre-surgery weight being in the 270's.
Our friends may very well be right about where you need to be calorie wise to still loose weight. I thought I was going to loose at 1500/day plus TON's of fitness - but that hasnt been the case. I have readjusted to 1200 a day.
Well done so far!
