What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I know it is late but I am going to post...been in a funk when it comes to my food/weight/everything and need to get out of it. I weigh myself everday but only record on Wednesdays... and I had a gain of a pound this week - I am being generous too, it was more than that but I only record whole numbers. Boo... I had an unexpected 5lb loss last week... so I know it is really just a fluctuation but I still don't like it and have been trying to get snacking under control.
B: Tea, green smoothie
L: Spiralized zucchini 'pasta' salad and leftover omelet (not fresh omelet = not good choice, didn't go down well)
S: Kay's protein almond cereal, popsicle
D: Leftover chicken and asian veggies
S: ??
E: Martial Arts/self-defense class, maybe kickboxing before

So ready for the weekend! Last weekend was the Relay for Life and I feel like my whole weekend was spent preparing, doing and cleaning up. It was wonderful, but boy I am looking forward to a nice, calm weekend.
Coral and navy sounds really pretty. I may need to check out Lands End.
