I have been wondering why eggs were getting so high! And, I never listen to NPR... that's real news. Who wants to know what is going on in the world!?!

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

LOL - I'm not a news junky either, but I happened to have it on this morning (after finishing my current audiobook which is usually what's on in the car). It was fascinating. Apparently restaurants who buy liquid egg saw a big container jump from about $30 to more than $70!

Egg cups sound great!  I think I will be making those tonight for my week of breakfasts.

How is that spin class?  I see people in there sweating so hard I have been afraid to try it.

OMG! I loooooooove spinning! It is SO hard, but I sweat like crazy and it feels good. It's also easy to make it your own - no one else sees what gear you're on so even if you have to keep it lighter, it isn't like everyone knows you're falling behind (I don't know about you, but sometimes in a big aerobics class I would/do self self conscious if I don't know what I'm doing or can't keep up).

Truth be told, I don't like the official RPM class as much as I like just plan old spinning classes - but it's at a good time for me and I DO like that it's only 40 minutes because (a) it's nice to be in and out in under an hour and (b) when I tried a full hour class it was basically too much for me, I need to work up to it LOL.

I do get self conscious.  That is why I haven't done one yet.  I think I will have to give it a try!  Thanks!

Good morning!

Finally had a good night's sleep!  Thank you Mamata for answering my question.  Tylenol PM helped.

So ready for the weekend here too.  It's been a tough week for me so far.   Long story which I won't even attempt to get into.

NSV - My rings are all falling off!  Now I have to get some ring gaurds.  My wedding band and engagement ring have been too big for a while since I had them made bigger 10 years ago when I had diamond remounted.   Will wait a while before I have any resized again.

B:  Premier Protein Shake

L:  Tuna w/ light mayo, 1/2 half whole wheat english muffin

D:  Baked Cod w/tomatoes

S:  Babybel Light or Laughing cow Wedge w/TJ's Pita crackers

Also, I seem to be in a stall, I have been the same weight now for 10 days, except for Sunday when I lost 1-1/2 lbs, but came back on Monday.    Oh well, I knew it would happen sooner or later.

Have a great day everyone!

Yes! I'm looking at ring guards too as my wedding rings are going to fall off any moment! I've also read that some folks get fakes for a while until they are done losing kand then have them resized. I may do this...  not sure.  But hooray for NSVs

I just wear one of my old Silpada (I used to sell it) bands  that I've been wearing in place of my wedding ring for the past couple of years.  I get many compliments on that.  I do however, have a fake engagement ring I bought many years ago when my diamond was too tight.  I got lots of compliments on that too.  Some fakes look really nice.

Yup, I bought a cheap one (less than $20) on Amazon while I went down sizes.  I just had mine resized and I went from a 7 3/4 to a 5 1/2!!
