BEST LOW-CARB PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE EVER
So I've been wanting to make protein pancakes forever but could never find a low-carb easy recipe that actually made pancakes. I explored so many different recipes until I just "made" my own. You can play around with the flavora but here are the basics:
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I use the multi-purpose quest protein powder or the PB one)
- 1/3 cup of egg whites
- 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1 (or less) tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
**here is where I get adventurous**
I'll add about 1 tsp of some sugar free jello flavors (mix raspberry and white chocolate or orange and chocolate) or even just add cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Then just mixed everything together, spray a pan (on medium heat) with olive or coconut oil between each pancake and keep flipping until its brown on both sides.

STATS: 206 cals, 0 fat, 4 carbs and 39 protein (you can add a little bit of cals and fat for the olive or coconut oil spray but I don't bother since it's so little and good fats too)
