Awesome!!

Our numbers are pretty similar. Keep fighting the good fight. It gets harder as time goes by.

Yeah I know it will. I am hoping the 15 - 30 miles I walk up mountains a weekend will help keep it all at bay.  I play a lot and climb mountains, rocks, trees...my boyfriend ;)

Love this! Love this!  I am just an inch shorter than you and I have frequently struggled with "what do I look like?" since losing weight. Now I know.

You look awesome and it is so cool to see people doing awesome things like ROCK CLIMBING post op.

Congrats!!! I have had my elvaluation and am following the beriaratric diet, walking 30 min everyday ( didn't do any activity before) and hoping to do well enough to have surgery. If you had to do it again, would you?  Any regrets?  what problems if any did you encounter?

My weight is on the low end, but my BMI is 39, 5'5 and was 235 pounds, now 225. I have lost 10 pounds in 2.5 weeks. I was thinking that I can do this without the surgery, but I would be kidding myself. I have lost the weight before, only ot gain it back.

You look great! Keep it up and any advice would be appreciated.
