I get the same message ALL the time!  I don't know how to modify the size to fit.  I'm sure some techy knows :-)

I lost 155 pounds. Gosh I don't know how long it took me. It was slow and steady. I had gained 6 pounds this last year but I had let candy back into my life. Cold turkey the candy and have lost 10 this past. 6 weeks. I am 12 years post op. I work my tool every single day. I can not eat more than 2 ounces at one time so I am careful what I eat. My blood work is all good except Vitamin D was low last year. There is no quick fix. It's hard. I excercise faithfully every day. I drink a lot of water . Protein first. I love to cook, I love the food channel just not into eating. Think I get my 'fix' from the cooking shows. I dieted for years. Lost. 20 gained 30. It's a lifestyle.

To upload pics here is not the easiest process.  But not tooo terrible either.  I figured it out after a lot of trial & error.

- First click on "MY OH" in the top right corner, move down to Photos option.  Then select the Upload to your folder from where ever you have it stored on your computer.

- Once the picture you want is uploaded to your OBH folder. Right click on the picture itself, and select "copy shortcut".

- Then in your actual post, one of the buttons (sometimes I can see it, sometimes not, but its there if your mouse passes over it and says the actual words) but its right next to the emoticon button on the top left, and says "Insert/Edit Image". Anyways click that. A box pops up labeled "INSERT/EDIT PHOTO".  Paste the short cut you copied above in the first box, The second box does nothing that I see, the third is the size of the picture, I use below 200 X 400.  , but whatever size works for you :-)

Good Luck
