I'm currently dealing with greasy bowel movement but the funny thing is I haven't eaten anything greasy nor anything with sugar.  So I'm trying to figure out what's up.  This happens Like one or two times a week.

Anyone else deal with this?  What could be wrong?

I think it's the body's way of getting rid of fat

Are you SURE about the fat content of what you are eating?  That is the sign of the fat malabsorption.  The rainbows floating on the water in the toilet bowl...

If you aren't eating any fat, there isn't any fat to be eliminated. The lack of dietary fat is one of the things that contributes to the terrible constipation that some people have after RNY.

Are you confusing fat with maybe something like mucuous?
