Multivitamins in patch by PatchMD
You can wear more than one at a time. I use the multi and the calcium/D3 patches. The calcium seems to be much better absorbed, for me, than oral calcium.
The iron patches have only been out for 2 months or so. I doubt anyone can really point to significant changes in that short a span.

I don't know anything about the garcinia cambogia.
I know one person who uses the sleep starter, and they like it a lot.
The iron patch is fairly new. I know a few people who use it, but it hasn't been around long enough to tell if it has had much of an effect on labs.

Just wanted to post my experience - and it was a good one... I tried the multivitamin, b12 (felt incredible energy), iron (experience massive constipation so won't repurchase) and the garcina (it helped staved off hunger). Highly recommend about to place my order again... just wanted to share an updated experience :-)
I find your experience with the iron interesting. Could the constipation have been from other things? I would think that it was only oral iron that could cause constipation, and the transdermal iron in the patch wouldn't.
If you are stopping the iron patch, I would appreciate if you could check back in and let us know if the constipation stops, or if it continues, and could thus be from another source.
Thanks for the update.

Hello,
First post on this forum, great thread. I am currently writing a booklet on natural researched based strategies for dealing with depression. I have lots of experience taking supplements and blood levels.
Very interested in the patchmd patches. My first impression is that it they can't be real. I am just having a hard time believing that they can push these nutrients through the epidermis. Possibly, vitamin d and b12 but calcium, iron, and the list goes on. I really would like to believe they can raise blood levels particularly of d, b12 and iron as those are the most important for depression. I have purchased them and will use on them on my wife and friend and check their levels in 3-4 months. Both of them have starting levels of b12 around 375. I'd like to get them to 800-1000 with the patches alone, they will take the multivitamin patch which is showing 1000 mcg of b12.
It would greatly disturb me to find that these patches are fraudulent as there are so many bariatric patients who are relying on them for necessary micro nutrients.
Couple of questions
- Do you know of any other threads regarding patchmd?
- Does anyone have labwork showing before and after using only patchemd? please post actual lab values
- Has anyone found any differences in how they feel based on where they place the patch?
Thank you!
