Curious how old you are?  I'm turning 60 this year.  I think the younger the better, of course. I also yo-yo'd my whole life and therefore my arms were very stretched out and I've lost so much elasticity.  Oh well, I've done what I can and am trying to accept them.  It's only been 2-1/2 months, so hoping as I work out more they'll begin to look more normal.  Just not what I expected.

Turned 36 this year. I am apple shaped... I carried most of my weight in my stomach so my arms and legs were not "that bad" when I was overweight... I had an extended TT back in 2011 and the skin relaxed more than I would have liked, but the surgeon had advised of it... I have a TON of stretch marks all over my stomach and my sides... I am hoping for a thigh lift early next year and I am going to discuss with my new surgeon (old one retired and now teaches) possibility of tightening the stomach up a little.

Definitely disappointing when you spend a lot and its not how you would like. Good luck with the working out... I am sure you will see improvement with it. Also as the healing continues that should help... more of the swelling will go down etc.

Thanks for providing more info on your arm surgery.  I'm an hour-glass, so my waist was my smallest, with my hips and arms being larger.  Don't know if a different surgeon would have gotten better results, but I'll accept what it is.
