I am also beginning to notice that I'm getting more sensitive to sugars as I go..thought it was just me.

I've been wanting to join in forever, but I never have time during the day - until now! It's summer and I'm out on break (yay!).
B - Cappuccino sf soy protein shake
L - Banana pudding greek yogurt 100 with 1/2oz honey vanilla almonds & 1.5 oz deli turkey breast
S - 1oz Habanero pepper cheese & pickle (hot)
D - Chicken spicy salad & 2 mini melba toasts
s - sf popcicles
am/pm vitamins - lots of water, a few sf cherry decaf arnold palmers (my new fave summer drink - forget Sonic!) and iced/hot decaf coffee
HW - 392 * CW - 200 * * * Lost - 192, To Goal - 40
