I don't like it without the crunch.  I've tried with a spoon.  UGH.  I know, it's mental.

Someone on here referred to crackers as "crack"     

Once I get started on them , I can`t stop....I do my best to stay far away from them...

Yes, I agree.. crackers are "crack" to some people with wls.  I'm one of them.

It may take longer for detoxing... but your on a good track. If you fall off, just get back on and try for some more consecutive days w/o simple carbs. The first few days... you won't feel good because your body's in withdraw mode and you'll feel like crap.... try to go farther and you'll start seeing and feeling what detox can do.
