When you're sick what do you eat?
I had a bit of an allergy thing in early spring (I was miserable!) and the only thing that got me through it was my favorite hot green tea. I found a decaf jasmine green tea online that I love and then I'd add some unsweetened soy milk and a little stevia.
Beyond that I had no appetite, and I couldn't really taste anything, so I just tried to eat what I normally would to keep my protein up until I felt better.

I'm about 90% sure I have a sinus infection because my upper teeth started to throb. But I'm already on an antibiotic because of a stupid infection I have on my toe and I started those on Friday.
Anyway, I'm still feeling so crappy and really feeling like not eating. I've been able to get in my water and vitamins and around 50 grams of protein by forcing down a protein shake and eating a little bit.
