Your weekend sounds fun! Mine, on the other hand, is not. I am working overtime for the whole weekend, plus the last 2 days and the next full week.  But ka-ching!!  We always have a July 4th party and this will pay for extra fireworks!!!!  LOL

My menu today:

B: tea with Sugar Leaf

B2: 1 string cheese

L: 2 oz. broiled shrimp, has a little butter on it (hubby did it late last night when I got home and I caught him when he started with the butter... he lightened it up after I snarled at him), kosher dill pickle spears

S: blackberry pie greek yogurt... love it!

D: 3 oz broiled talapia with a little butter (darn it, Steve!)

S: protein hot chocolate and I will probably have more tea

Totals: Calories - 625, Protein - 64, Carbs - 48, Sugars - 33, Fats - 20

Vitamins: Started; Exercise - I am channeling AnnyBananny and others for motivation

Everyone have a great weekend.  My goal for next week is to have my protein over 70 each day and get my Misfit Shine synched to start stepping!!!

A little butter will not hurt you especially with a low calorie food like shrimp! One of my favorite proteins post surgery.

Yes, I love shrimp... it sits well in my pouch! And, I don't have an issue with butter because I do have to have some fats. But, if my husband had a choice, he would put butter on everything and he would add at least a stick! I mean, he butters spaghetti noodles, for God's sake!!  LOL... I love butter, too but you can get the flavor from just a little... he is not so sure.

Since I'm not working, Friday isn't such a big deal.  I've been off all week and have completed some of my To Do List.  I've eaten a lot less than when I was working especially snacks.  Have I exercised?  NO!  I've been a lot more active.  Cleaned out some closets so that should count as exercise.  I'm taking my BFF out for breakfast in the morning.  The restaurant has a light menu so I don't have to order more than I can eat and take home the leftovers although my dogs enjoy the leftovers.  I had a quilt class scheduled but it has been cancelled. 

Took DH for an EGD.  His stomach isn't emptying so the food stays there and creates excessive acid.  He's no on a low fiber diet.  He is having chest pain and vomiting so I will probably be going to the ER.

Time since surgery:  7 years 7/8/2015

Hope your husband is okay and feeling better! And, yes, cleaning counts as exercise! Cleaning out closets, especially. And, I would love to learn how to quilt, too.

We have a pretty quiet weekend planned I hope.

L:No lunch had dental work woke of late

D:Pork chop with green beans

S:Yogurt with some blueberries

I had a great week I went to Houston for a conference for work and had some free time so I went to the Houston Zoo I only had like a three hour window. I saw the elephants they were so cute.
