Good morning everyone!

Sorry I've been missing this week  It was my first week back on the road (I'm a management consultant) and my schedule was INSANE in the membrane!  But I've been eating on plan and exercising every day. I found a hotel with a small kitchen so it will be easier to stay on plan.

II'I'm posting from my phone and can't figure out how to add my picture but, here is a quick shot of me in the hotel thia morning. http://images.obesityhelp.com/uploads/profile/1332737/albums/183773/image.jpg

Anyway, my plans thus weekend include recording a few songs with my band, in a real recording studio! I'm excited! And when I'm not doing that I will be cleaning and doing laundry.  A real rock star lifestyle!! LOL

So here is my plan for today:

B - premier RTD shake

S - 1/4 c part skim ricotta

L- Fage plain Greek yogurt (boring but I need the protein in case I get Hine too late for dinner)

S - mini baby bel  light

D - TBD as I have no idea when I'm getting home!

Totals without dinner:  67 protein, 13 carb, 11 fat, 429 call

E - 45 MIn cardio video (walk away the pounds)

W/V  underway.

Happy to be back with you guys! Have a great Friday.

You made me use Google translate this morning... I don't know french...LOL. I am chaperoning... event advisor I guess :) for a small semi-formal for my tutoring students, and other teens from the program and their guests. We set up yesterday, I made a huge vat of rice pudding last night, made meatballs the oother day, 6lbs of chop meat worth... and today I make the sauce to go with them. A lot of last minute things today. Then there is always someone who throws a wrench in the works -I get a text this morning a parent contacted one of the girls planning -can my daughter bring a friend. But they are already guests - a guest of a guest. Really? this is not an open house... the day of? Really? (Rant over) My selfies stink and self stick doesn't help, I am returning that thing.

B: Tea, Chai smoothie

S: Protein bar

L: Roasted Chicken, Tuscan bean salad

S: Cilantro lime shrimp +salsa lettuce cup taco

D: Semi-formal with kids -  meatballs, salad fruit for dessert (hopefully nothing else- Ack!)

E: try to get in 45 min on rebounder this afternoon.

This is how I do it, there may be other ways:

1-send pic from phone to album on my Facebook account that I set up as private and only I can see.

2- Open photo in facebook and right click on it "copy image location"

3- Come to OH and start post - click on icon for Insert/edit image (looks like frame with mountain and sun)

4- paste image into 'source' box. Click 'OK'

5- image will usually be too large, so click on image and when small box appears in corner of image point and drag corner towards center to make it smaller. Keep doing that until it is the right size.

Happy Friday!

So I worked almost a full week this week for the first time since surgery, boy am I exhausted.   It's a good thing I love this job and really like the people I work with.  They have been so good to me during this whole process.

I am really looking forward to the weekend, I don't have any plans except clothes shopping with teenage daughter which can either be fun or not so fun.   Which reminds me I have an NSV; I must buy new underwear because mine are all falling down, I'm constantly pulling them up.

B:  Premier Protein Shake

L:  Turkey burger (had yogurt yesterday instead)

D:  Shrimp and veggie stir fry

S:  Trader Joe's Pita crackers and laughing cow wedge

Have a great weekend everyone!
