What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

I am a long time lurker and very sporadic poster here, but I've never posted a menu. I love reading all your suggestions and after reading AV's welcoming words, I decided to take the plunge.

Here's today's plan:

B:  Scramble with 1.8oz of ham, 1 egg and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese

S:  Skinny Vanilla Latte (I've been having acid issues, so it's decaf which is kind of "what's the point" but it's cold in my office and it tastes good)

L:  Greek Chicken Salad

S:  Light & Fit Strawberry Cheesecake with PB2

D:  Tri Tip and Asparagus

TOTALS:  Cal:  726 Protein: 91 Carbs: 41 Fat: 20

I'm a sometimes lurker/sometimes poster of this thread, and have to tell you how much I've learned from your menus.  

At first I had to google ThinAddictives.  Bought it, now I'm 'addicted'.  Then I had to google Quest Bars.  Bought 'em, LOVE 'em!  Next was Smoked Turkey Snack Sticks... oh yeah!  Then came PB3... what the heck was that?  Googled it, LIVE for it now.  Also found Laughing Cow and Babybel cheeses at the grocery store because I saw them here.  Just had one a minute ago... filled me up.

TODAY???  I googled P3 Packs.  No clue what that was.  WOW!  Meats, nuts, cheese...?  High protein, low cal... What's not to love!  Gonna get me soma that yummy-ness tomorrow for sure!  (Thanks for all the great ideas, guys!)

Here's the menu today:

B: Premier Protein with Walden Farms Syrup and Unsweetened Cashew Milk

L: 1/2 cup FF Refried Beans with 1 ounce skim mozerella cheese

S: Babybel Lite Cheese Wheel

D:  2 oz Roasted Chicken

S:  1 Turkey Stick & Snapple

Cals:  563  Protein:  67  Carbs:  38
