Still Stuck Going on Week 3!!! But Grateful!!!

Hello !!!

I really miss you guys ... My Residency is wearing me out ... I'm literally stuck ... I don't know but I'm still grateful.. I haven't made 6 months yet and I'm a few pounds away from my 12 month goal... I'm truly thankful !!! 

Thanks for the advice and kind words everyone ... 

Maybe my plateau is because I'm done with meat in my life ...?? I don't know ??? 

Any more advice!??

Yes, stalls happen.... they are never fun... I think as you go on you learn to take them in stride. I always say change up what you are eating, sometimes you get in  a rut of eating the same things and don't be afraid of some fat... we need that too. Not sure what exactly you mean by done with meat... but try counting your protein and make sure you are getting enough.

Hey Hun!!!!!

I don't like meat... It's official ... I can eat it but I don't like it... So my fruit and veggie life is wonderful !!! I eat grilled fish and chicken ...  But it's getting to me as well ... Changing up something soon ...

Fish and Chicken are good as well as beans for protein sources....cheese, cottage cheese yogurts, protein shakes....remember protein first!

Are you in a medical residency?  I wonder if the stress and less sleep could be causing your body to hold onto the weight just a little.

Psychology ... It's serious !! Lol !! I think the stress is there seriously ... Lol !!! The scale did move though and I'm thankful ..

Oh my goodness, look at you, 10 pounds from goal! 

I have no advice beyond what was said above.  Maybe switch up eating or exercise? Whatever you do, just keep working the program.  You got this.  I can't wait to see your pictures when you hit goal! It won't be long now!
