Is it normal to have more than one stall? I feel like I recently went through a stall FINALLY lost 2 pounds and now im stuck again.

Yes. But I havent seen two in a row like that. Are you tracking what you are eating and following your surgeons plan?

How is the exercise and water drinking going?

Absolutely normal. Things slow down after a while and you'll find that your loss is more of a "stairstep" pattern rather than a smooth downward trend. Keep doing what you're doing and it'll happen!

Fair enough, but that's a single data point. I'd say that most of the loss charts I've seen around here (yes, limited data and probably a bit of inherent selection bias, but a bigger sample than n = 1) DO look fairly stairstep-like, especially after 6 or 9+ months out.

My nutritionist, also, said the weight loss would be like steps.  You lose some, then you flatten out while your body adjusts to the loss and makes sure you're still healthy, and then the weight loss starts again.  As long as you know you're eating correctly and exercising, the weight loss WILL come.  Good luck!

Im on track pretty well with eating and drinking. I did have a work dinner out the other night and ordered a cup of the beef stew. I did have two club crackers with the soup because it was so spicy i needed help lol.

exercise on the other hand has been so/so. I've been riding horses every morning for the past 3 weeks and it serves as a good leg and core workout.

Don't focus on what you lose each day. Average it out. I get frustrated that the scale doesn't move for days, but when I average my loss, I am consistently losing three pounds per week. The initial loss is fast, but then things seem to settle to a reasonable pace. Until it has been a month with no loss, you are not really in a stall.
