Any advice on Vitamins ?
Since I have been taking my Calcium with Multivitamin for 15 months now , I'm trying to figure out how to rearrange my vitamins now. Do you have any advise ? Not suppose to mix Calcium with Multi has iron.

Why don't you switch to a multivitamin without iron? Centrium Silver (or generic) does not have iron. (Add 4 more perfect iron per week to make up the loss of iron from your multivitamin) Then you can take them together.
The problem with most multivitamins is, they have calcium in them. If you are taking both multis at once, it can be a fair amount of calcium, and it could interfere with any iron it has. Most of us end up taking a multi without iron, so we can take them with additional calcium. Then we take iron and vitamin C separately, usually before bed.

The dietitian said my Iron was in range 62 but would like higher but does not want me to increase the Perfect Iron, I'm taking 4 asked could I do 5 she said I don't need to. I think I should myself. I'm taking Complete Multivitamins I though we should take because it has Iron but I thought if I just increased to taking 5 Iron that would help.
Everyone has to do what's best for themselves. I take a multivitamin, 1000mg vitamin C and one Se-Tan (prescription iron supplement) each morning. At night I take two 600mg calcium with vitamin D. I've read articles and then confirmed with my Doctor that calcium is better absorbed by the body when we are at rest or sleeping. I've been taking it that way for 10+ years (I'm six years out from RNY).
Flintstone vitamins are not complete, despite the name. They are missing a bunch of things, and are a poor choice.
Vitafusion calcium is tricalcium phosphate, and is absorbed very poorly. You are probably getting very little calcium from those. Calcium citrate is what we need. There are a ton of calcium citrate options out there.
