What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

My favorite vegetable is zucchini (I love it every way that it can be fixed) and my favorite fruit is fresh cherries. 

My menu today is:

B: Tea and SugarLeaf

B2: 1 string cheese and 1 oz of beef jerky

L: Chicken salad made with 3 oz of chicken, 2 tablespoons light mayo, 1 tablespoon of Mt. Olive No Sugar Added Relish, celery seed, dill weed, salt and pepper)

D: 2 oz. hamburger with 1 slice Kraft American cheese over about 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce with Mt. Olive No Sugar Added Bread and Butter pickle chips and 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island  dressing (a Big Mac salad). First time with lettuce since surgery, I know it is probably early but I am going to try. 

S: Protein Hot Chocolate

Totals: Calories - 810, Protein - 67, Carbs - 43, Sugar - 31, Fats- 44

Vitamins: Started

Exercise: does vacuuming count??

Temp job over and I'm enjoying freedom.  I have a long to do list but I've not accomplished many of them.  My incentive is I can't work on a quilt until the list is done.

My favorite fruit is berries and vegetable is green beans.  I love carrots but I won't mention that.

Eating at home is do different from eating when I'm working.  I snack too much when I'm working especially when I'm bored. 

Today's eats:

B:  Click w/Syntrax Cappuccino in Keifer milk - didn't like at all

L:  Subway - taking my GD to lunch and that's her favorite place

S:  Greek yogurt w/blackberries

D:  Tilapia, cooked carrots

Good evening!  I swear I am always so late to the post.  What are you going to do with all of those pumpkins? 

My favorite fruit of the moment is mango . . . my husband picked some up and they looked ugly but I tried one and it was amazing.  Favorite veggie - zucchini "pasta".  I make it all the time and crush a few cloves of garlic in it.  delish!

B:  Egg, cheese, applegate farm turkey sausage patty

L:  2 tbsp p28, half sandwich thin, half small banana

S:  snackpea crisps

D:  Mini meatloaf, zucchini, sweet potato

Vitamins:  started

Water:  started
