Seriously! The pop corn is delicious and a good choice calorie-wise, but not carb-wise! Why! Why does life have to be filled with some many compromises!!!!

Way to go on your gym streak!!  Last night I forced myself to ride my trainer.  I did not want to but after 10 min my body was like "let's kill this workout!"  It ended up being the best workout I have had in a while :)

WOW!  I am impressed.  I take the bodypump class but I can't do the squat jumps.  I was trying to explain it to my husband.  That class is hard!  Way to keep up with your challenge!

You'll be doing those jumps soon I'm sure!

And YES, the class is hard, but I totally love it. I feel so strong and tough when I'm through with it. We did an old bicep track last night to (just from last cycle, the Come With Me Now one) and that's totally my favorite of all time I think - I feel SO strong when I do it!

Good luck tomorrow!  I was so happy after they removed my gb.  It was over 10 years ago and long before RNY but it made a world of difference!!
