just checking in
Good morning everyone!! I've been lurking for awhile... but not checking in. That's all going to change. I need to give/get support here and on MFP. I am on day 125 on MFP, but slouched off here. I'm 125 days out from surgery, just had my 4 month follow up this past Friday and the Dr. was far from happy with me. I was put on a water pill for severe swelling, asked to really watch carbs and told to do as much exercise with my back as physically possible. (bulging disc in back makes everything hurt). I started taking a natural krill oil and hylaraunic acid (spelling) joint supplement which seems to be making a small difference, anything is better then nothing. It's supposed to help with lubrication and was told about it by a friend on MFP with severe back issues also.
Just wanted to drop in and say I'm here and back to give/get support.
