My tailbone started hurting when I hadn't even hit 100lbs lost... I was amazed because I still had so much cushioning...I guess just not in the right places..

I am at around 80 pounds down, and 60 pounds since surgery and my tailbone is a killer if I sit for long periods of time!  I am so glad that I am not the only one that has this problem!!  It gets so bad sometimes I pull my chair away  and sit on my kneel at my desk for awhile to give my bottom and tailbone a break!

As for Clothes... I went from a 26 (Weight: 340) to a size 18 (weight: 265) so far in pants, and from a 22-24 top size to a Large.

I got the pillow today and it seems to help so far, so thanks so much :)

Oh hooray! I use mine pretty much constantly. The hardest part for me is positioning the cutout correctly, bc no eyes back there :)

I am sure you will lose in your arms, but they may always be larger in comparison to the rest of you. My thighs are the same way.

Sitting got better for me as time went by.

I had to lose a LOT of weight before I went down a size. I think I needed 60 pounds or so for my first size change. Then it was about 35 or 40 pounds for the next size down, then 25 for the size after that. Smaller sizes seem to be close together -- that's why you might wear a size 12 in one brand, and a 10 or 8 in another.

You'll be flying through sizes before you know it. Be careful about spending too much on the way down. I didn't buy many new clothes, but I still bought more than I needed.

It's strange but true. I put on a shirt that fit but was a little tighter than I like to wear them when I bought it. It was loose yesterday. Oops. I waited a little too long between try-ons.

And those size 18 jeans I waited for several weeks to fit? I bought 16s last week. I'll still wear the 18s and will take them in when they start falling straight off like my old pants did. :) This is at 98 lbs lost from my highest, 64 since surgery. I don't know why but I still have a couple pairs of my old 24 pants in my taking-in queue...I'm not good enough to tailor down that many sizes!

I was a heavy weight too and I'm just now starting to drop clothes sizes. I've gone from 26 to 22 thus far, with a whopping 100 lbs. 20 lbs at smaller sizes could mean 2 dress sizes, lol.

I have found that whatever your biggest problem area is is usually the last to come off, but it does eventually!

At around 60-75 pounds down I would say I changed a size. I think you can make tops work longer, but pants, to me, you need less of them but I replace them more often.... I can't stand baggy butt... I had proportionately larger arms, I have lost in them, but I have some serious batwings. My shape has changed though from pear shaped to apple shaped... I have lost more off my hips and thighs and my waist is losing much slower. You don't get to chose unfortunately. :)
