What do you use to lighten/lessen your scars?

I bought silicone strips for a previous surgery and I'll tell you that they are a pain in the butt. Supposedly you can wash them each day and wear for about a week, then put on new ones. I call bullcrap. Only way they stick is with a bunch of tape on too. In my opinion just use moisturizer everyday morning and night, then hope for the best. Rest of the stuff is just a money pit. Just my .02, YMMV.

Like Grim, I never used anything on the scars and can't find them at all today.
