I put one scoop in a measuring cup filled with 1/4 cup almond milk and stir till smooth.  It's enough for my two cups of coffee.  I put half the mixture into my coffee cup and add the coffee slowly, stirring to prevent clumps.  I use vanilla, chocolate or mocha powder.  Really makes my coffee taste great!

To keep protein powder from curdling, I pour about 3 oz of coffee in my shaker cup to cool. When cooled, I mix one scoop of Chocolate Truffle protein powder (Syntrax Nectar Sweets) and 3 pkts of stevia. Then I add hot coffee to the mixture to make 16 oz total and remix.  If you want a second cup, pour 3 oz coffee in the shaker cup to cool, while you're enjoying your first cup.

Everyone's taste is different. If the one scoop per 16 oz is too strong, use 1/2 to 3/4 scoop. It's such an easy way to get protein in.

I also love ice coffee too. After brewing a 12 cup coffee maker, I pour coffee into 6 re-purposed Starbucks Ice Coffee glass bottles. I add 2 pkts of stevia per bottle and screw lids on. After cooling off for 2 hrs, I put them into refrigerator. When cold, add 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, place lid on and shake well. I usually drink 2 of them, yum.

Premier Protein says it can be heated, so you can certainly use it in coffee like a coffee creamer...

You can put in as much as you want for flavor. I use a full serving. If you're using a powder, look for a hydrozlyzed isolate. They have some at GNC. Those have as much of the milk protein removed as possible and it won't curdle / clump and you should be able to add it to hot coffee. I prefer Progenex Belgian Chocolate, but the one from GNC was pretty good. Otherwise a ready to drink like Premier Protein works well and it can be heated.
