I have a selfie Friday - this was from earlier this week in Cancun. Yes, I spent five days in a variety of bikinis. Thank god for my RNY and my plastics. Do my thighs sag? Absolutely! Do my arms have batwings? Absolutely! But now that my stomach and breasts are "on fleek" (as the kids would say) I figured out why not show them off? I'm pretty damn proud of my new body, though it's a work in progress. I credit the gym for these muscles!
B: Coffee with half and half, Quest bar (in the office today)
L: Sashimi - meeting an old boss for lunch at an Asian restaurant so I will eat a bunch of tuna and avocado
S: Cheese. One of my favorite foods ever.
D: TBD. This is a wild card.
I hope everyone has a great weekend planned! I have a few good workouts on the agenda, a hike on a trail with an old friend (I am trying to plan more activities that aren't around food and drinks), a brunch, and my first massage since my LBL and BL!!!!!!! Em

Exercise: 1 hour cardio at gym
Finally....my last day on the temp assignment. I'm leaving at 11:15 to meet the group that is taking me to lunch. Really nice of them to do that. They have been great to work with. They think I'm so sweet. Do I ever have them fooled!!! We're going to a favorite BBQ restaurant. I will have a small meat platter, no fries and no baked beans. I love baked beans but too much sugar so they make me sick.
I got on the Iron Maiden this morning and didn't like the numbers at all. So mad at myself for gaining weight. I went to great lengths to lose weight and now I have regain. I will be making major changes. No more evening snacking on Skinnypop. DH always has to have a snack. He loves Skinnypop and it's really not an unhealthy snack, but a lot of times I eat just because he is. It's not something I should eat regularly. Starting THIS evening I will not have popcorn. No popcorn until I have dropped these extra pounds.
I love seeing your pictures. No way would I post my picture right now. I'm doing the 5 Day Pouch Test starting probably Sunday. I've done it before and it left me 5 lbs. lighter and feeling renewed.

Oh wow... it's nice to put a face with a name! And, you are quite pretty!!! I am so impressed with all the pictures... everyone looks so great. I am still not picture ready, but am thinking about it. I am debating going to see my grandson's soccer game... it's an hour long drive and they are coming to the house tomorrow to cook out so my time might be better served going to the grocery store. Plus I left my chair at home. I think I just talked myself out of the soccer field... I feel so guilty (really).
My menu today:
B1: Tea with Sugar Leaf
B2: Yoplait Greek Yogurt, Apple Pie, 100 calorie
L: 1 oz talapia (left over from last night...cooked it in a microwave cooker I bought on QVC... it was great!), 1 cheese stick, bread and butter pickle chips (no sugar)
S: 1 protein muffin
D: talapia, 1/4 cup green beans (unless I see something grocery shopping that looks good and is healthy)
S: small chocolate protein shake
Totals: Calories - 607, Protein - 70, Carbs - 46, Sugar - 30, Fat - 16

This is me with my band - a photo from before surgery. We are performing tomorrow night so I will have an updated photo for next week. If anyone is in the vicinity of Westchester County NY on 5/30, come and dance the night away!
I have been super busy working today. Working from home but totally occupied, which is a good thing. Makes the day fly!
Time since surgery - almost 8 weeks!
B - Premier Protein (only finished about 2/3 of it though, so I will fini**** as my afternoon snack)
S - decaf coffee, 1T half and half, shot of SF torani
L - Fiesta Eggbites, cheese crisps (made with 2% cheddar)
S - rest of my protein shake
D - turkey burger, 1T Salsa, 1/4 c steamed broccoli florets
Totals: 68 g protein, 10 g carbs, 26 g fat, 551 calories
W/V - started, but running behind! YIKES!
E - 35 minutes Zumba Gold - complete!!
