What's On Your (photo) Friday menu, RNYers?
Right now, being only 7 weeks out and not ever hungry....carbs don't seem to bother me (or the lack of carbs anyway). But I know as time goes on the HEAD hunger for them may come back!
But I do feel like the less carbs I eat, the less I crave them. So that is nice! I have been doing low carb since I entered my program in August. So it's been a while ;)
Day off from work...LUCKY!!! I am chained to my desk for the next 8 hours! ugh My step count at work is HORRIBLE, I answer the phones (among a million other things) so I cant leave my desk to walk around much....SUCKS
The girl child has a baseball game tonight, and tomorrow morning. This will screw up my dinner, so I think it will just be simple.
AV did you already give your "recipe" for the tuna chick pea salad? Could I have it? Please and thank you

small jar of Progresso marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. I also mixed in a little of the liquid, maybe 2TB?

It's a nice alternative to my beloved Buffalo chicken salad and I'll definitely make it again!
YAY!!!! So happy to see a pic. Love it.
Today I am giggling at my little hair growth that is sticking straight up in the air! Normally a dab of hairspray keeps it down well not today so I am just going to own it.
