Ok I seriously hate periods!!!!

It happens! Every stinking month it happens! When I hit under 200lbs my period came back, along with the cravings for carbs and the bloating. 3 weeks out of the month I am perfectly happy with my weight, I eat as healthy as I can, exercise daily and then WHAM! its here and all I want is to sleep, munch on anything with carbs and gain 3-4 lbs. Then its like I struggle the rest of the month to get that 2-4lbs off and then some just to re-gain it the next month! Frustrating, I know!!
