Returned to work

i had my rny on 4/29/15 and went back to work yesterday, overall the day went well. I was able to eat a p-3 packet and it went down smoothly. I sometimes still have a hard time eating slow. I pray it keeps going well. There are a lot of snacks around my office and I refuse to fall into old tricks. Hope everyone is having a great day.

I still struggle with eating slow!  I have to keep reminding myself to chew instead of gulping everything down.  Office snacks are so tough!  Make sure you have something with you that you can have--jerky, nuts, greek yogurt in the fridge--whatever.  Even if you don't feel like eating it, knowing it's there and you can have it can take a lot of the pressure off.
