I had an impromptu BBQ with neighbors and friends yesterday... I do impromptu best - who ever is around comes, and less pressure... Did OK with food, but being a little of a slacker, need to pay attention to what I am doing. haven't been counting my protein and such and low on water.

S: Kay's naturals honey almond protein cereal (dry)
L: Hamburger w/grilled onions, roll. (didn't get to eat one yesterday)
S: Salami-provolone roll up
D: Grilled chicken on salad
S: Homemade strawberry cheesecake protein popsicle
