What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Happy birthday AV!!
I went out to dinner with my husband on Sunday to celebrate finishing another year of grad school. Not ordering a drink was probably the hardest part. I had a lamb burger with feta cheese and left the bun on my plate. I brought most of it home of course, but I only ate maybe half of it before giving the rest to my husband. The old me could never have done that, so I consider it an accomplishment!

I didn't have a pureed phase, really, so maybe someone else can chime in with suggestions. I know I did very much enjoy Eggface's ricotta bake and refried beans with a little cheese melted on top early out. And check this out:

Welcome to the post!
I was so excited for puréed! Congrats!
Everybody's plan is different, in terms of what foods are allowed or not allowed. I made the pot roast on Eggface's purred foods page (already linked above) and dropped 2 oz into my magic bullet small cup with some of the gravy. Oh my God, it was heaven! So incredibly yummy. My family ate the entire thing and are still asking me to make it again.
I was hesitant to whizz up meats and fish and such. It looks less than appetizing. But it tastes great, so go for it.
Another option (if allowed on your plan) is tuna and light mayo, whizzed up in your blender or magic bullet. You may not want to make it any other way. Seriously yummy.
Good luck!
