What type of iron can we absorb?  How do I do a search on past topics?   Thanks - debbie

Carbonyl iron and vitamin C supplement helps with absorption.

Click on the tiny magnifying glass on the blue strip in the upper right corner of the page.  It is to the left of MY OH.  It is the search function.  Type in iron and block out an hour to read all the posts.

I use a product called Vitron-C. It has 65mg of iron and the vitamin C to help absorb it.  

Where do you purchase that at?    debbie

I have seen that product on Amazon. 

I buy my carbonyl iron with vit C from VitaLady.com  She also sells dry vit D3. Those are the 2 things I order online, the rest I buy locally.
