I could see myself getting to 170 or so.  It's more that I don't know how to stop losing or think I will.

I plan on talking about it with my NUT next week, and reading up on it here.  I'm sure it's adding foods like nuts, pb in for extra calories?

:)  It's funny.  I was talking to my surgeon.  My BMI was at a 50 when I had surgery.  Cut it in half in less than a year.  This surgery is seriously amazing.

I am sure you will do great!  This board is so wonderful for help and advice through the process.

Thank you so much for this post!  So motivating.  I really appreciated the 5 years/like cancer analogy.  Congratulations on your success.  To have a trainer tell me I had a beautiful body...wow, what a great thing!

I am so proud of you.  You look so beautiful.  I hope I can get my stricture problems fixed soon.  I am six months out and feel like a failure.  I love to exercise and I tend to be too sick or tired to do the exercise required.  I hope when I get all my problems resolved I can do as good as you have.  You keep me encouraged.  So proud of you....... You encourage many of us.  You have done so good... better then most.  Your dedication for you and your daughter is awesome.  I am a single parent of two girls. You truly are my inspiration.

Keep up the good work!!
