What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Hi Kristen! I love love love my FitBit One! I wear it religiously, and track my steps. I love it. I was trying for 100,000 steps over 7 days (about 15,000 a day) but with all of my work travel recently, I have been stuck around 10,000 per day. It motivates me.
I am actually posting a Friday selfie. I wore a bikini for the first time in my adult life last weekend, in Orlando! I still have saggy legs and arms but hey, my stomach looks good so why not? HAHA! I am off to Can****omorrow for a quick girls trip which I am both excited for (sun and swim!) and dreading (drinks and food!).

Time since surgery: 1.5 years
B: Coffee with half and half, light and fit yogurt with high protein granola
L: Crab stuffed flounder from Trader Joe's
S: Jalapeño greek yogurt dip with peppers
D: TBD, will be at the mall!
E: Did a 50 minute hard as hell strength training class, and 20 mins on the elliptical

If there is one thing I have learned, it's that my journey will never be over...one day at a time though, that's my motto :) The siren song of the carbs is quite a loud one! I am definitely not raining on your parade, or saying that my life is tough, but mannnnnnn this maintenance thing is ten times harder than the losing phase! Thanks for the nice compliment however :) I feel so energetic and strong - besides looking good lol. It's pretty awesome!
