I just realized that the new article on the home page about the "creepy calorie" was written by the RD at my surgeon's office. LOL Pretty cool!
Loving all the photos today! It really is amazing how you can go from hiding from every camera to hogging for it. My trick was always to *BE* the photographer, so I never had to *BE* in any pictures. Now, I'm having to teach everyone how to use my camera so I can show off in the picture.
B - Premier Protein w/Cashew Milk, Cal free Caramel Syrup & Peppermint extract
L - 1/4 c FF Refried Beans w/2 oz Part Skim Shredded moz cheese
S - 2 Butterball Smoked Turkey Snack Sticks
D - 2 oz Shredded Chicken
S - 2 Thin Addictive Crackers w/wedge of LC Cheese
Here's my pic of the day - I treated myself for reaching my 1/2 way point - got a great deal at an Estate Sale... LOVE me some bling!

I'm even more cheap. I got the fitbit Zip for my daughter and I. I got them new on ebay for $30 each. All they do is time, distance, steps, and calories, but I got bands for them and we wear them as a watch. I like that they display the numbers unlike the flex. If I ever get out of debt I want the Charge HR.
