Hello! I find them at a few grocery stores (winco and savemart) but also at Walmart. They are typically near where you would find the biscotti type of things. They remind me of Melba toast, but they are made with almonds. They are tasty with a wedge of laughing cow cheese.

Loving the photo's ladies; you all look amazing!

No photo today, I can't even figure out how to change the pixels so I can upload a snapshot for my avatar.

Feeling pretty good today despite not sleeping great.

B:  Premier Protein Shake:

L:  1/2 of amazing turkey burger hubby made me for dinner last night.

D:  Shrimp, since I still haven't had that yet this week, or maybe a nice piece of cod if I feel like stopping at the market.

S:  SF pudding, gotta lay off too much cheese, complicating things if you know what I mean.

Have a great long weekend everyone.

I don't have any photos to share yet, but I will soon.  :)  And I don't use a fit bit.  But I have my phone which measures my steps and I use a body bug to measure everything else.  But I can't wear it properly because the arm band is too small and makes it uncomfortable.

Todays plan:

B: Premier protein shake

S: jello and a coffee

L: Premier protein shake

S: jello and a coffee

D: Italian sausage and spinach salad

S: jello

Cals: 961   Carbs: 16   Fat: 64   Protein: 94

Vitamins done, water started

Exercise: 30 minute walk with hubby around neighborhood

This may or may not work for you, but my fit bit works if I just stick it in my pocket.  I do this whenever Im doing yard work so it doesn't get trashed.  Maybe your body bug would do the same?

First I bought a self stick thinking that would help with the picture taking... not....booo... I am so lame .....
Second I had a fitbit flex and returned it... it was annoying because it didn't sync well with my phone so I could never see my steps except at night when I went on my computer, so I didn't find it that motivating.

B: Tea, Premier Protein

S: Protein Bar

L: veggie chili

S: Black bean hummus and thinables crackers

D: Turkey Meatballs, sauce and spinach.

S: Homemade protein pudding pop

-using recipe from bariatric foodie.com Protein Pudding ... also bought this new popsicle maker I really like Zoku Popsicle . You can find it at Bed, bath and Beyond, La Sur Table, and I am sure other places too...

Does the pudding freeze well, or does it get crystalized and chunky?  I would kil for a Sur La Table here!  I used to live above one in Washington and it was my favorite place to go on Sunday afternoons.

No it froze really nicely... I did it all in the blender - but I have a high speed Blendtec, so it incorporates some air in it. If you follow the instructions on bariatric foodie I think it will work well too, because she has you whip it with a beater... keeps it from being just an ice cube. If I had the patience to let it soften for a few minutes before I ate it, it would probably taste even creamier... :)

I actually bought it at La Sur table, got a free latte while I was at it...yummmm
