I am 7 weeks post op and am down 44.2 pounds since I did my preop liquid diet. Saw the doctor yesterday and he was ok with the loss. Had been hoping for more, but had a second surgery that had me out of commission for about 3 weeks.

That being said, I havent lost in a while and seem to be going up and down the same 3 pounds. Is that considered a stall? I am staying the course and even adding some exercise but just trying to be realisitic.

I lost 12 on my liquie diet and 30.2 since surgery on March 30. I did have the other surgery which was very bad to rebound from and I know that affected my loss. I am not so concerned about my overall loss as the fact that I am going up and down the same 2 pounds. Wondering if that would be a stall or if I am doing something I shouldnt be/not doing something I should be

What could you be doing wrong at 7 weeks out friend?  I only lost 7 pounds in my second month.. about 5 weeks actually.  I just kept following the plan and logging my food in MFP.  stay the course.. :)
