What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?

This is yesterday's menu, since my pouch is sensitive today and so far even water doesn't want to stay down. It will get better, though.
B - Unjury Unflavored Protein Powder drink with Unsweetened Cashew Milk, PB2 & Walden Farms Caramel Syrup - yum!
L - Fresh baked turkey thigh meat - 2.5 ounces
D - Unjury Chicken Soup Flavor Powdered Protein drink
Water 65 oz, Vitamins - yep, exercise 50 minutes brisk walk
Calories 452, Protein 68
NOTE: I'd purchased the Unjury Starter Pack to try some different flavors, and so far I like them all - HOWEVER! The Chicken Soup Flavor I was especially looking forward to was super delicious, but the sodium in that alone was 770mg!!! Holy Cow! (All their other flavors are only 55mg). So, my total sodium content (which is usually only around 600mg) was 1,230 yesterday Yikes. Sure glad I only bought the sampler kit... that's wayyyyy to much sodium.
So true on the sodium but... wow did that stuff save my bacon during the post op liquid phase. I thought I would go insane if I had one more sweet shake! I bought 15 packets of the chicken soup flavor and I only have one every once in a while now... but they are good to mix things up!

I know today is Tuesday but the question for the day got me lol! I WAS our high school mascot for a year and we were the Huskies (dog). It was a huge costume and terribly hot. I don't usually admit this to others lol
breakfast 1- Chike coffee protein drink
breakfast 2- dannon light and fit Greek yogurt Boston cream pie
lunch- quest bar and light string cheese
dinner- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 2 TBSP skinny girl raspberry vingerette and 2 cups lettuce
snack- 1 kashi almond flax bar
best thing that has happened for my food plan and kick started my weight loss was all the time I would read what everyone here posted and I would get ideas from all of you- thank you
