help!!
Im 4 months out..everything haw been going ok...Ive lost 50 lbs...recently I was out od my protein drinks & have not got them yet..I feel like ive been eating more without the shakes...can this be true? Im not a big meat eater...also b4 I couldn't eat much bc I wud get full but now I feel im eating bigger portions...Im scared...the scale is not moving...do I need to get my protein shakes back asap? I hope my pouch hasn't stretched :( any advice? also going thru a lot of depression..

One question are you measuring/weighing things out or just winging it?
Also, are you seeing a therapist for your depression?
