I wore a SWEATSHIRT to bed last night and we turned the heat back on!! WTF not cool!
We always have a family BBQ out at my Uncle's camp on a lake. I just don't know what day it will be yet. I will bring something I can eat ;)

L: 1/3 cup Avocado, Black bean and corn salad and a Baybel Light cheese
S: Dannon L&F Toasted Coconut Greek yogurt
D: 2 oz Beef sirloin (we'll see how it goes down, the chicken last night came back up)

Good morning!!! Good luck for Sunday! I hope it's beautiful and sunny for you. We don't have any plans for this weekend. My daughter is coming home today from Greece and I can't wait to see her and hear all of the stories. We will probably just hang at home this weekend. There is a party for my younger daughters robotics team tomorrow night. I am assigned desserts and will probably make cookies or brownies. I am also bringing steak on a steak so I know there is some good solid protein.

B: hard boiled egg, 1/4 apple, 1 oz cheese
L: panera turkey chili
D: Chicken breast with black beans, rotelle & cream cheese
S: Light & Fit yogurt
Vitamins: started
Water: Oops, havent had any yet!
Exercise: hour on treadmill, half hour elliptical

Good Morning and Happy Thursday! I wonder if the pizza burger is similar to the Trader Joe's one that I LOVE! Nothing too exciting for the long weekend except I did take off Tuesday too so hopefully some rest and relaxation. I have a team building event today with my direct reports-we have lunch at a Mexican restaurant planned and then off to be artistic at Color Me Mine, not sure what I will "create" yet but should be a fun day. Chance of showers today and tomorrow so weird weather here in CA too.
Here's what I have for today:

B: SF Latte, egg beater scramble with cheese and veggies, fruit (berries and apple)
S: Since we will be out and about I am having 1/2 a cookies and cream quest bar
L: Steak bowl (with guacamole, cheese and lettuce) and few chips and salsa-I am going to limit myself to 5 chips!
S: 2nd 1/2 of quest bar
D: Light and fit toasted coconut yogurt, laughing cow cheese wedge, blueberry oat thin addictives and egg white scramble
E: 1 hour cardio at the gym
V/W: On track
