What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning from chilly CNY! It's like fall here; I'm wearing a turtleneck sweater, for crying out loud. It's like Mother Nature knew I got a chaise lounge for Mother's Day and is making damn sure I don't get to use it. Looking at the forecast, Sunday might be my "day in the sun", so I'll just bundle up until then.
Speaking of the weekend, anybody got Memorial Day plans? Barbecues? Mini-breaks to the beach? I don't think we have anything on the calendar, which makes me nervous. LOL When there's nothing planned, I could swear I'm forgetting something super important.

B: coffee and a Friendship Fit to Go cottage cheese with 15g of All Bran cereal. I love my food scale. lol
S: Pistachio thinaddictives w/a wedge of Laughing Cow. I didn't have this for my AM snack yesterday (not hungry) so I bumped it to today.
L: ham/cream cheese/pickle rollups and a 1/2 cookie dough Quest bar. I thought I packed a cheese stick, too, but I can't find it.
D: Morningstar Farms tomato basil pizza burger (so good) with 1/4 c. ricotta cheese and an over easy egg

NEXT!
Good morning! I've been in training this week with no computer access. My race was a disaster this weekend. I ended up almost drowning (well not quite that bad, but I did end up in urgent care). Who knew that you can drown out of the water? Anyway, I don't recommend breathing in water. It hurts like hell. I will have my redemption in a month. I'm looking forward to the next race.
No plans this weekend.

OMG, I've been wondering where you've been! That sounds super scary! I'm glad you're OK and looking forward to the next one. But still...scary.
Glad you are OK and willing to get back on the 'horse'...
